Dr. Jaclyn Tolentino is a California licensed double board-certified family medicine physician with 10+ years of experience specializing in disease prevention, longevity, women’s health, and hormone optimization. Advocating for holistic care and a firm believer in the body’s innate ability to restore and revitalize itself, she is passionate about a root cause, whole-person approach to health. At Love.Life, she is our lead functional medicine practitioner and oversees the personalized medical and wellness plans for members at our Los Angeles location. Prior to Love.Life, Dr. Tolentino served as a senior physician at Parsley Health. She is a frequent expert contributor to publications including Well+Good, MindBodyGreen, and Women's Health, and has been featured in Vogue and the Wall Street Journal. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Tolentino enjoys catching sunsets on the beach with her family and proudly advocating for her fellow young breast cancer thrivers.
