What services do you offer?
Love.Life is an integrated health and wellness experience that makes lasting health and vitality attainable. LL unites the power of holistic medical care, nourishing food, cutting-edge fitness, and precision wellness therapies under one roof to promote healing, optimization, vitality, and community. LL’s evidence-based care model integrates the best of conventional treatments (evaluated and prescribed by our board-certified primary care physicians) with the power of comprehensive lifestyle changes which is the focus of our functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine practitioners. Together, they form the basis for a holistic health experience that is highly personalized and evaluates all dimensions of your well-being: the mind, body, and spirit.
Our multidisciplinary care team and board-certified clinicians focus on preventing and reversing chronic disease progression and proactively optimizing health by treating the root cause of disease. We evaluate every dimension of health through comprehensive testing and assessments to create highly personalized care plans that incorporate nutrition and lifestyle changes that optimize well-being. LL’s goal is to help people live long, healthy, and vibrant lives, improving both lifespan and healthspan.
You can choose from a variety of memberships, packages, and a la carte services delivered by our team of experts in functional/integrative medicine, eastern medicine, wellness, fitness, and recovery.
Does membership require a contract?
We understand the importance of transparency and clarity in our interactions with our valued members. We do have a written Membership Agreement that specifies the terms and conditions of your membership. This document ensures mutual understanding between you as a member and LL regarding our services, fees, cancellation policies, and your rights and responsibilities.
Our Membership Agreement is designed to create a mutually beneficial relationship, providing you with access to our comprehensive range of medical and wellness services while also ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services. We encourage you to review important details that will help you make informed decisions about your membership. If you have any questions or concerns about the agreement, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.
What is currently not offered by Love.Life?
We created medical, wellness, and fitness offerings that address a wide range of needs. However, we are not a comprehensive health care service plan and our services do not replace the need for health insurance coverage. LL is not affiliated with a hospital, nor do we pay for hospital stays. Further, we do not pay for medical services outside of our wellness-focused scope of services as specifically described in our program materials.
Medical services outside of our wellness-focused scope of services include, but are not limited to:
· Emergency care
· Imaging aside from DEXA
· Specialist care — i.e., cardiology, dermatology, or obstetrics & gynecology
· Injectable or laser dermatology procedures
· Invasive in-office procedures
· Stem cell therapy
· Psychedelic guided therapy experiences
· Colonic detoxes
Our goal is to provide you with access to a comprehensive range of services to support your health and wellness journey, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
If you are interested in specific services that are not included in your membership, our team is here to discuss your options and provide you with information about the best way to access those a la carte services. We will work closely with you to find the best solutions for your unique needs.
What do your primary care services include?
Our mission is transformative medical care that is personalized, and outcome focused. We incorporate a holistic approach to integrative and functional medicine, offering a health experience that evaluates the entire person - the body, mind, and spirit. Our providers take the time to get to know you and your goals. This approach aims to create a highly personalized and actionable healthcare plan tailored to each person’s unique needs, focusing on not just treating symptoms but addressing underlying root causes to promote overall wellbeing. You will be paired with an
interdisciplinary team of experts to guide you through your health journey, ensuring comprehensive support along with opportunities and prescribed treatments to enhance sleep, promote stress management, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors that are scientifically proven to impact health and longevity.

· In-depth consultative visits with board certified family medicine & integrative medicine providers, who practice functional medicine

Do you allow add-on sessions to the membership?
Absolutely! We understand that our members may have varying needs and preferences when it comes to their health and wellness journey, so we offer the flexibility to customize your experience with add-on sessions.
Whether you are looking to supplement your fitness routine with personalized training sessions, explore specialized treatments, or indulge in additional services to enhance your overall well-being, we're here to accommodate your needs.

Do you accept members under 18?
We believe that cultivating healthy habits and promoting wellness from a young age is incredibly important, so we welcome members who are 13 years of age and older. Please note that for any member under 18 years old, we do require parental or legal guardian consent to join our facility or to use the member application.
We're committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all our members, and we look forward to supporting the health and well-being of our younger members as they embark on their wellness journey. If you have any further questions or want to discuss membership options for minors, please contact us.
Can you be my primary care provider?
Yes! We can be your primary care provider. Our goal is to support your overall health and well-being by offering primary care access. However, please be aware that we are not a health maintenance organization and do not accept private insurance plans. To benefit from our primary care services, you must be a member.
If you already have a primary care provider, you can certainly continue with them, and we will provide the services that a traditional primary care practice is not able to provide, such as longer and more frequent visits, comprehensive review of advanced lab testing, access to additional screenings, a holistic treatment plan that includes lifestyle, wellness and fitness goals, health coaching, and an expert care team created to support you.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We understand that your time is valuable and sometimes virtual sessions offer an added level of comfort and convenience. To the extent that the service you seek can be delivered virtually, we are happy to accommodate a virtual visit. Feel free to contact your Care Navigator to discuss this request.
What conditions do you treat?
Our evidence-based care model focuses on preventing and reversing disease progression and proactively optimizing health by treating the root cause of disease through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Our providers practice functional and integrative medicine with certifications in family medicine.

Who can I call if I need help after hours?
We are here to support your health and well-being. However, please note that none of the services are a replacement for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or have someone drive you to the nearest emergency room.
If you require attention from your primary care physician after hours, please call the Club’s main number (310- 424-7011) and leave a message with our after-hours answering service, who will help triage your concern.
What is included in my membership plan?
Our memberships offer you access to a combination of consultative visits from our medical providers, behavioral health caregivers, dietitians, and eastern medicine practitioners, along with group or private sessions with our health coaches, our state-of-the-art fitness facility and wellness center, physical therapy and chiropractic care, and membership discounts to our wellness technologies and services. Certain memberships include comprehensive lab panels and DEXA scans, access to advanced specialized assessments such as hormone testing, microbiome testing, and continuous glucose monitoring. How does membership work? How do I get started?
You can schedule a discovery call and our team will get you started, or you can download the Love.Life app (in your mobile app store) to purchase your desired membership, package, or service.
If you purchase a membership, you will be prompted to schedule a session with your Care Navigator, who will take you step by step through your benefits and assist you with scheduling services.
If you purchase a package or a service, you can schedule your first session with the help of our app. Or you can call us at (310) 424-7011 and we will be more than happy to help!
How much does a membership cost?

Can I tour the facility before completing my enrollment?
Of course! We would love to show you our facility and discuss with you what services are best suited for your health and wellness. LL has team members to walk you through our facility and assist you with enrolling in a membership. Although we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, appointments are appreciated to ensure a team member is available at your preferred time.
