We are here to support your health and well-being. However, please note that none of the services are a replacement for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or have someone drive you to the nearest emergency room.

If you require attention from your primary care physician after hours, please call the Club’s main number (310- 424-7011) and leave a message with our after-hours answering service, who will help triage your concern.

Absolutely! In fact, our team feels it is vital to review assessments, tests, and labs with you to ensure you understand your results. These evaluations allow our team to better understand your baseline health and are the foundation of our individualized recommendations for your care plan. Furthermore, we continue to track your progress over time to ensure you are meeting your health goals. Within your membership you can schedule a follow-up visit with your provider to review your test results and treatment plan.

Yes, for an additional fee*, you can work with our team to get most of your lab tests completed from the comfort of your own home. To add this convenient service, simply make this selection at checkout in your account on the Love.Life app or notify your Care Navigator and we would be happy to assist you.

*Fees do not apply to concierge members, and some tests are not available due to processing needs with the lab.
